Sony DSC W310 Specification
The Sony Cybershot DSC W310 gives you the opportunity to buy a pocket sized camera for a reasonable price. At less than 20mm wide you should have no problem slipping it into a pocket. When it comes to features the Cybershot DSC W310 has a standard sized, 2.7 inch LCD screen. It also has image stabilisation built in for helping to minimise picture blur. There are also retouch features including red eye correction for portrait shots. For close up shots there is a macro mode that is able to focus from 5cm away from the subject. This is a 12 megapixel model with a 4x zoom lens. The focal length of the lens is equivalent to 28 – 112mm in 35mm format. This means that it is suitable for shooting wide scenes such as landscapes and interiors. As with other Sony digital cameras the Cybershot DSC W310 gives you the option to decrease the resolution you are shooting at in return for extra zoom becoming available. This helps to increase the flexibility of the camera. This feature is called Smart Zoom by Sony. A maximum of 25x zoom becomes available when shooting at the lowest available resolution.
When it comes to looks there are two colour versions for you to choose from. These are black and silver.
